Team Description

The Finnair digital services team is composed of 15 persons dedicated to build the finnair.com website. The website is built on top of the ecommerce Amadeus middleware. We are communicating directly with the customer who act as product owner in our Scrum organization.

Main Responsibilities

Moving to Angular components to build airlines webapps is an ongoing initiative within our department. As part of the team you will participate to a project aiming at building the new flight rebooking flow with Angular and NgRx. As the backend stack is built with Spring, some knowledge with this technology is appreciated but not mandatory.

The trainee will participate to:

· Identifying functionalities of the current flow to make sure nothing is lost,
· Building the Angular app,
· Implementing the backend API.

Requirements

Soft skills:

· Curiosity is needed to understand the functional part of the new app,
· Ability to work within a team on a common project and adapt efficiently to new challenges.

Technical skills:

· Good knowledge of how to build an app with the latest version of Angular (typescript),
· Some knowledge on state management with NgRx,
· Some knowledge in HTML and CSS to build the template,
· Some knowledge in Spring to build the backend is appreciated (not mandatory).
