Team Description

The Service Delivery Management (SDM) team provides consultancy to global travel agencies in their cytric implementation projects. cytric is the new online booking tool for corporate travel.

In top of this activity, SDM manages the migration from AeTM (former Amadeus online booking tool) to cytric.

Main Responsibilities

In order to ease the deployment of the cytric online booking tool, we would like to create a widget helping automatize manual configuration.

The subject of the Internship is to design and develop this tool to handle configuration upload that is currently done manually. Few example:

· Upload of hotel rules
· Configuration of PerfectPNR
· Creation of Destination Shortcuts

The 1st part of the internship will consist of an assessment of tool/technology can be used to realize the requested tool.

Requirements

· Developer skills
· Web development, Web scraping, SQL and Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) skills
· Able to work with development teams
· Able to exchange knowledge with internal Amadeus people and customers
· Cooperate with different organization and bring efficient contribution
· Service minded and proactive
· Efficient oral / efficient written communication

Advanced level in English
