The internship will take place within the security team of the Strategic Growth Businesses Unit which is the driver of the Amadeus diversification strategy, expanding the portfolio of products and solutions to all sectors of the travel industry. Its scope includes distribution and IT solutions for Hotel, Rail, Airports, and Digital Advertising.

Main Responsibilities:

Integration of Cyber security within the development lifecycle is one the highest priority project within Amadeus that started many years ago. One of its most important aspect is increasing security awareness among the development and quality engineers in the company.

The scope of the internship is to help white hats (ethical hackers) put in place business oriented and interactive cybersecurity awareness sessions. You will be given the opportunity to study 2018 industry known vulnerabilities and propose the best format to increase awareness among SGB and Hospitality development teams all over the world.

The trainee will have to participate to the following tasks:

· Collect different security reports from industry known actors
· Collect feedback from security white hats
· Understand the business, product and technical context for SGB and Hospitality products
· Review the training material provided by the application security office and white hats and adapt it
· Review the training format and make a proposal to render it interactive (gamification, workshop, etc...)

Your training will be organized in scrum-like iterations, with a commonly agreed stories, and deliverables to be defined on the early iterations of your internship.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role would possess the following abilities:

· Good analysis and synthesis skills
· Good presentation skills
· Good English level is a must
· Innovative and can make concreate proposals
· Passionate about information security and privacy
· Can effectively work with others to ensure security initiatives are well understood and adopted across the lifecycle
· Is able to work across different cultures and balance different viewpoints for optimal results
· Has a technology background, at least substantially in application development, ideally across infrastructure and operations on top
· Understanding of Software Development Methodologies, including Agile and DevOpsis a plus
· Experience in Web development is a plus
