6-month internship starting in April

Team Description

The Customer Experience team’s mission is to uncover customer, product and operational insights to optimize our business performance, drive a more engaging customer experience and identify new business opportunities.

The team focuses on the small and mid-sized travel agencies, at a global level.

The team activities are structured around 3 main domains:

· Voice of the Customer : gather direct customer insights via satisfaction surveys, customer journey mapping, customer workshops, etc. Use gathered data to provide strategic recommendations.
· Data analytics : build dashboards and KPI reporting to track customer behaviour, monitor internal performance and identify new business opportunities across all customer touch points. Use gathered data to provide strategic recommendations.
· Operational efficiency & change management : follow-up on the execution of strategic recommendations, drive the definition and evolution of key processes for the unit, support change.

Internship benefits

As intern, you will integrate one or several projects under the lead of the Customer Experience Manager. Examples of projects: defining the data strategy for our customer segment, setting up and managing our Customer Panel, supporting the operating model evolution, etc.

· Analytical skills: ability to crunch and structure data, with a good knowledge of Excel

· Communication: good oral and written communication in English, with a good knowledge of PowerPoint
