Team description

As a strategic growth business, a lot of data is being collected for business intelligence purposes on the Amadeus Payment Services: on payment authorisation, reversal and capture, 3DS, fraud screening capabilities, payment refund, etc.

However, very little has been undertaken so far to gather the business intelligence lying at the crossroads of payment services on the one hand, and the traditional reservation and ticketing business on the other hand: selling different kind of travel products from different channels, performing after sales support (exchanges, refunds …), collecting customer money on the one hand and paying travel providers on the other hand.

Main responsibilities

The goal of this internship is to perform the study on the Business Intelligence from a Payment Integration perspective. The study should include (but not be limited to) :

· Studying the business intelligence under implementation on the pure payment services
· Interviewing the Product Managers of several Business Units to elicit ideas and requirements at the crossroads of payment and reservation businesses: Payment, Airline IT, Distribution
· Specifying a solution integrating the Amadeus internal business intelligence framework
· Specifying to the Development Team the data to be collected for analysis
· Defining and implementing Business Intelligence dashboards for Payment Integration
