Business environment

Amadeus is transforming to shape the future of travel. Global Business Services (GBS) is here to support that transformation in designing and delivering services to enhance, automate and manage key business processes.

As part of GBS, a Time Reporting team is responsible for providing integrated Time reporting solutions and related services to its Amadeus’ internal business partners :

It includes the following:

· A solution based on a J2EE in-house framework that centralizes the whole Amadeus Time spent by product & project. Solution used worldwide by around 10.000 users. This platform is going to evolve toward a SAP CATS implementation in line with integrated PPM project.
· a Business Intelligence Service integrating and consolidating time spent
· Data integration with financial process for controlling and Project portfolio (iPPM)

The position is focusing on the implementation of new integrated Time reporting solution based on SAP CATS.

Key responsibilities

· Actively participate with the Project Team in the conceptual design and implementation of Time reporting solution customizing SAP CATS and PPM (Portfolio and Project Management), in Amadeus with a special focus on Master Data Management, Data integration, integration with existing Project Management and finance/controlling processes and related BI/BW & Reporting package
· Support the transformation of the ART team around this new solution
· Collect and review the detailed business specifications with internal Business partners
· Advise internal Business partners on potential solutions
· Analyze the detailed impact on existing processes and on the usage of existing tools supporting these processes.
· Define functional requirements of the solution using SAP standard solutions whenever possible
· Validate detailed functional requirements with internal Business Partner and solution team to ensure that the proposed solution meets their expectations.
· Validate technical requirement with the Architect/Developer and support development team during the software implementation
· Implement and test solution customization (SAP Customization)
· Produce user documentation and educational materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption
· Perform the application functional support (customer/production) when requests are received from second level support

Desired skills and experience

· University degree in Business or Scientific studies, or equivalent work experience
· SAP Technico/Functional expert - SAP CATS, PPM - SAP MM, PS, CO knowledge as a plus
· Strong Knowledge of SAP CATS
· Experience in reporting process/ SAP BW would be a plus
· Experience in similar transformation projects in Multinational firms
· Fluent english
