Team Description

Service Operations mission is to ensure that all Services engagements follow Efficiency, Effectiveness, Quality and ensure that cost/revenue targets are met.

We oversee, design, and control the processes ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities

The apprentice will have the responsibilities of a Business Analyst:

· Run existing Key Project Indicators and help the team to analyze their evolution. Aim is to support the Management to track and manage the activities:
· Budget analysis:
· Budget usage analysis and recommendations
· Preview and justification for budget updates
· Budget projection
· Regional & Revenues analysis
· Revenues per regions
· Results vs. targets per region
· Activity analysis
· Number of new projects per month
· Time-to-…

· Propose new KPIs and new analysis axes

Requirements:

Fluent English

Good knowledge of Excel

Knowledge of business process analysis

Knowledge of business analysis and data mining

Curious and innovating

Programming in Excel would be a plus
