The Agile Project Manager will be a key actor of the agile processes evolution and be part of the Agile Expert Group. The Agile Project Manager is responsible for guiding, coordinating and assisting Agile teams and tribes on Amadeus methodology and tools. Working closely with the central organization providing coaching, training and events.

Main responsibilities

· Provide Agile methodology, processes and tools guidance to the North American region.
· Lead the adoption and measure adherence to the agile practices throughout the project life cycle.
· As the Agile expert for the North American region, provide input into the central organization as part of the global agile transformation program.
· In coordination with global training organization, prepare and deliver training plan in support of agile transformation program.
· Foster the agile community, contributing to maintenance, evolution and promotion of the Amadeus agile methodologies.

Requirements

Relevant work experience:

· Minimum of 3 years of agile practices in projects or teams (Scrum, Kanban, Scaling Agile).
· Ability to influence and promote existing agile solutions and define new solutions as needed.
· Professional project management experience in an IT Solutions environment.
· Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Education : University degree or equivalent work experience.
