Quality Assurance Manager

Description de l'offre
- Maintain the company quality policy, strengthens the QMS processes and ensure it’s understood by all the staff
- Coordinate and manage company compliance to ISO standards
- Prepare and lead the annual audit and close out findings in time
- Lead management review meetings of the QMS, track KPI, and implement resulting corrective actions
- Lead customer interaction for onsite audits and lead the implementation of resulting corrective action plan
- Partner with the production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes through process control and lean manufacturing techniques
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify root cause of quality issues
- Ensure that all preventive and corrective actions performed are closed in a timely manner that satisfies all client and company requirements
Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management
- 5 years of quality assurance management in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company or automotive industry
- Proficiency in MS Office & ERP software
- Team player who can multi-task effectively in fast-paced industrial environment
- leadership and people development skills
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills
- Fluency English
