JOB PURPOSE :

The current Alstom Transport Treasury Department operates with an existing legacy system based on a Treasury Management system (KTP) with multiple and complex sub-systems and interfaces. Part of this landscape, the e-banking solution (THETYS) is used at a central and local level. This business critical systems supports treasury activities at a group and subsidiaries level.

Reporting to the Finance Solution Architect, you will be in charge ensuring and maintaining finance applications functionalities, in alignment with the finance department business processes and in respect of the global Enterprise Architecture consistency.

You will act as the subject-matter expert for the e-banking solution (THETYS) for any related enhancement, project deployment and amendment of the functional processes.

Your principal responsibility is to ensure the Alstom business continuity in the context of Separation, and to support operational activities and business request related to IS landscape.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES :

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

· Being the functional and technical reference on the perimeter of applications
· Collect business demands from business process owner
· Coordination with the stakeholders (hoster partner, business etc.)
· Support and administrate the Treasury solution, mainly the e-banking solution THETYS
· Contribute to the deployment of THETYS to new countries
· Specify the needs (format, type of flows, banks, currencies etc.)
· Build the planning and the action plan according to the specifications
· Ensure the delivery of the project with the stakeholders
· Contribute to the ramp-up of the support partner (knowledge transfer process)
· Ensure the level of end-to-end service
· Document the processes and workflows related to Treasury solution
· Ensure the consistency end-to-end processes with finance and treasury business team

PROFILE :

To be considered for this role, candidate need to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:

· More than 2-4 years of experience on Treasury solution. Experience on e-banking solutions, in particular THETYS solution will be a plus.
· Hands-on professional on functional knowledge based on associated treasury/finance applications ( electronic trading and confirmation platform, payment factory and workflow for SWIFT messages, electronic banking solution workflows…).
· Your are familiar with corporate treasury technical environment and in particular solutions as follows:
· Bank communication : THETYS – (editor: ACA/ ALSYON) / Cashpoole (editor: Datalog) / Trax (editor: Sungard) / EPF (editor: Finastra)
· Treasury Management System : KTP – MISYS
· Web portal : KTP Web – MISYS
· You demonstrate good communication, leadership and change management skills. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.
· Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom.
· As always in Finance matters, ethics and rigor are keys to the position.
