IS&T Communication & Change Management Intern  

Based:  Saint-Ouen, France

JOB PURPOSE :

Reporting to the IS&T M&A / Change Management Leader in the CIO Office, you will be in charge of helping to build and execute the IS&T communication plan on the IS&T separation and transformation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES :

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Help building and reviewing the IS&T communication plan in collaboration with operational teams and the IS&T Management

- Participate to the execution of communication and change management actions in line with the plan and help delivering relevant communication materials

- Help designing and delivering the reporting of communication actions to the relevant actors; identify potential blocking points and highlight to the M&A / Change Management Leader

- Help preparing presentations of the Strategy & Transformation department on specific topics for the relevant governance bodies

- Help planning and organizing regular internal IS&T events

- Manage the IS&T communication Sharepoint and identify opportunities of improvement

- Contribute to develop the use of Chatter, the Alstom social network, within the IS&T Function

MAIN CHALLENGES OF THE ROLE :

- Understand the overall IS&T organization (including external partners) and challenges of every operational teams

- Understand the IS&T Strategy and how it articulates with Alstom businesses

- Contribute to put in place a new organization that partially exists in today’s Alstom IS&T organization

- Collaborate actively with several stakeholders (Project Teams, IS&T Business Partners, Design Authority, Internal Communication team,…)

- Contribute to put in place a culture of transparency through change management and sharing

PROFILE :  

To be considered for this role, candidate needs to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:     

- Student or graduate from a communication or business school

- You are able to formalize and present a synthetic view on complex issues and concepts

- You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity

- You have excellent writing / editing and verbal communication skills

- You are an expert in Pack Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You are at ease working with Sharepoint

- Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an internal environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom

- A first experience in the field of communication, change management or marketing would be a plus
