The purpose of the mission

 

Reporting to the Conventional Software Group Leader, the Software Designer contributes in the Software development activities of the on-going ATC developments, and designs the software parts defined by the Software architect and respecting the software process. Potential to evolve toward a Software architect position.

The activities of the Software Designer are: 

Contributes to the Software development specification and Design of a subset of software parts by refining system requirements under the authority of the ATC Software Architect, taking into account the design constraints like product architecture, performance, safety level, quality, costs, sustaining, traceability etc...
· Realizes the Software implementation of the design parts, which could be in Ada or in C language, depending on the safety level requested, applying respective processes and standards. · Defines and passes the software tests (Test Designer), and ensures that all the requirements can be validated, · Ensures the follow-up and fixes of the validation findings · Contributes to the continuous improvement of the development   · (see also the attached JD)

 

 

 

Your profile

 

 

Ingénieur ou diplôme universitaire en Génie Logiciel,
· Compétences en programmation temps réel si possible en ADA95 et C. · Connaissances en spécification/conception de systèmes embarqués à forte contrainte sécuritaire (norme EN50128)
