ALEC Center (Alstom Expatriation Compentency center) provides with technical and contractual support to HRs and international mobile employees.

Part of the Compensation and Benefit Department, our international team interfaces with Country HRs and employees to deploy our policies, covering package calculation and international contracts, immigration, tax and social security support throughout the world.  

By joining our team as an apprentice, you will :

·  be trained to all our different policies and processes 
·  be able to support the team on daily delivery
·  compensation package,assignement letters and explanation to the assignee as well as the Home and Host HR business partner for each international transfer
·  coordinate relocation, removal, immigration and tax services through external suppliers
·  be involved in specific analysis
·  end up being able to manage an expatriate population

Qualification :

Education : Master I or Master II in Human Resources (one year or two years apprentice contract)

Languages : Fluent French & English. Third language would be a plus

Good knowledge on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS

Great with numbers and enjoy analysing data

Keen to work in an international environment

Location : Saint-Ouen (93), Alstom's headquarter

Starting date : September/October 2017
