INTRODUCTION:
CASCO (Chinese Joint Venture of ALSTOM) is one of the leaders of railway signaling market in China. They deployed Alstom solution designed in France all over China, with the active support of a localized Alstom teams in Shanghai. Based in CASCO company building, integrated in Alstom local support teams, you will provide support for safety activities
OBJECTIVE OF THE MISSION :
Reporting directly to TIS (Signaling) China Safety Manager, the candidate will perform safety activities for Projects deployed by CASCO by providing Safety Analysis (FMEA, FTA, SHA, SSHA, IHA, HZL…). This analysis will be in relation with URBALIS 888 Platform and other safety-related solutions such as ITCS, in support of on-going projects or further new projects to come.
You will work in collaboration with CASCO Project PSAM, and with the support of Alstom URBALIS 888 Platform teams based in France.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :
Provide Safety analysis support for Alstom projects in the scope of TIS China:
- Apply methods of RAMS assurance to be used on the project (Functional analysis, FMEA, FTA, HZL,…)
- Proposal of corrective actions to fix the detected issues and proposal of preventive actions in order to improve the safety process and the safety technical level
- Comply with QCD requirements defined by Product Safety Manager
CANDIDATE's PROFILE :
- Engineering Degree or equivalent in Safety, RAM or electronic
- Experience in Safety or RAM
- Fluent in French and English
- Positive attitude
- Hability to work on multicultural environment
- Rigorous and reliable
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Capability to work under pressure
