OBJECTIVE OF THE MISSION :
The VIE will assist with forecast demand planning, KPI reporting, creation of PR/PO requests, and inventory content analysis
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Production planning in ERP in line with Project Planning – MPS
- Material demand in ERP based on production planning, maintenance planning, repairs planning, sales orders or statistical methods
- Material Net Requirements and forecasts in ERP (or alternative) based on MRP process.
- Leadership and coordination of missing parts anticipation process and missing parts root cause analysis
- Planning and inventory strategy deployment based on parts typology, demand input, volume, price and other potential characteristics
- Material master data creation and maintenance (MRP type, MRP controller, make/buy, planning strategy, MRP parameters, …… )
- Key Performance Indicators monitoring and reporting and continuous improvement activity for planning
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE :
- Master Degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Experience in planning
- Ability to work in an international environment
