KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Worldwide Graduate Program is designed to build and develop your skills and competencies whilst working with various business groups internationally. This opportunity will provide you with diverse and meaningful hands-on experience, preparing you for a successful career at Allianz Worldwide Partners.

Over the course of 24 months you will experience working in multiple business functions across 4 different countries. You will lead and be implicated in exciting projects where you will have a real opportunity to impact the business. Whether in the Market Management department, Sales, Operations or Digital teams, you will delve deeper into our strategic initiatives to understand the global reach of our core areas of expertise which include automotive, international health & life, travel insurance, assistance and direct sales.

Your journey will start at our Global Office in Paris where you will work among our 300 friendly and welcoming employees. You will to support our local units worldwide in the coordination and implementation of global projects and strategy. After 3 months in Paris, you will embark on the first of your three international rotations, each for a duration of 6 months. Throughout the program we will combine mentoring and career guidance with practical, on-the-job training and learning to equip you with the skills & knowledge you need to succeed. But it doesn't stop there – at the end of the program, you will integrate into the business function of your choosing in one of our locations and you'll continue to learn and grow for the rest of your career with us!

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Who are we looking for?

Results-orientated individuals with an above average degree in a business related subject.
You could be graduating this year, or have already left university with a couple of years work experience behind you.
Some previous international experience is important, whether gained through your studies or ideally a work placement or internship.

You speak English fluently as well as at least one other language
You’re curious and full of energy with an entrepreneurial spirit
You’re a team player and enjoy working collaboratively, but you are equally comfortable working autonomously
You can demonstrate some form of leadership experience either inside or outside of university
You dare to question, to challenge and to experiment
