JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will be supporting the AllianzU team. Your tasks will be in the following areas:

• Assist in the development of materials and/or programs to engage, excite, and educate employees on the learning possibilities in Allianz, especially digital learning
• Research on all aspects of learning, especially new learning technologies and trends
• Analysis of facts & figures and reports, including supporting RoI and program evaluation studies for learning
• Project work related to learning interventions
• Preparation of management reports and presentations
• Become an ambassador for the AllianzU community
• Assisting AllianzU team members with operational tasks
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
• Student in Learning- or Psychology-related field
• At least 3 semesters of bachelor-level studies completed
• Enrolled at university for the entire duration of employment
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken), German and other languages a definite plus
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience & Key skills:
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Project management experience a big plus
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Entrepreneurial and innovative
• A self-starter
