JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assistance and Support to the Head of Recruitment at AGCS
Support with recruitment administration: Job descriptions, job posting publications, calendar management, candidate liaison
Managing and controlling Vacancy Factor KPIs across two regions: Mediterranean (France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium) and RUL (UK, Nordics, South Africa, Australia)
Manage the summer student job campaign in France
Conduct headhunting activities and carry out specific market mappings to identify pool of target candidates
Participation in the development and design of new recruitment tools and best practices
Participation in Global work groups and international teams
Create Global matrices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quarterly reporting's
Design and develop marketing materials to communicate internally and externally
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Currently studying business administration or economics
Interest in Recruitment, HR & employer branding and employer engagement
Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and spoken English. French would be a plus
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Well-organized, self-starter, team player
Flexible, ability to multi-tasking and work towards deadlines, takes initiative, work in teams, project management skills, and willingness to go “the extra-mile”
