JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

We propose an internship in Group Talent Management at Euler Hermes, Allianz subsidiary.In this department, we define and implement the processes (development, recruitment, etc…) at global scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The intern will report to the Talent Management Officer and work on the projects. Hereafter are some examples:

- “Career toolkit” for the employees: Participate in building the brochure about global career development at Euler Hermes with the description of different career development tools.
- Analytics: Do the reporting and data analysis for recruitment & people data.
- Talent Management Intranet page: Rebuild the page.
- External & internal Career pages (eulerhermes.com & LinkedIn; Euler Hermes Intranet): Update the content, bring and implement new innovative ideas.

The projects that the intern will be involved in can be adapted and depend on the activity of the department.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Bac +4 (possible in progress)
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical skills
- Good level of Excel and PPT skills
- Proactive, able to take responsibility and work independently
- Creative
- Structured and organized
- Digital mindset
