JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

In AWP Group Operations, the AWP Group Procurement and Network department is responsible for:

Developing, together with the local business units, Allianz Worldwide Partners (AWP) network of service providers along all lines of business, covering on core business procurement categories (digital, roadside, repatriation, property providers) and indirect procurement categories (e.g. professional services, marketing & communication…).

Driving projects to leverage AWP global and regional purchasing power.

Implementing best procurement practices and network standards (incl. compliance and regulatory components) in AWP business units.

AWP Group Procurement and Network department plays an essential role in enabling our businesses to deliver excellent services to our customers as well as to sustain a competitive advantage in terms of costs and quality and plays a key role ensuring that the needs of the assistance business in terms of providers network are reflected while economies of scale and scope can be leveraged wherever possible.

As part of team of 8 people and dedicated on core assistance providers network categories, supporting global assistance products, main Strategic Buyer’s missions are to:
1.Support innovation, solution design and commercial prospection
2.Lead Strategic Sourcing at international level
3.Manage providers Network at international level
4.Coordinate local P&N teams to leverage group synergies towards supplier
5.Support global & strategic procurement initiatives across Allianz Worldwide Partners business units and Allianz Group

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will cover following missions:

Support solution design and commercial prospection

-Analyze and map existing network capabilities and innovation opportunities
-Support sales deal generation in their prospects’ meetings

Lead procurement strategies framing and strategic Sourcing

-Support detailed processes definition for providers network
-Providers Network sourcing
-RFP & negotiation
-Support to contractualization
-Coordinate processes implementation and IT integration

Manage providers network

-Ensure repair providers network delivers the service and steer SLAs
-Conduct audits and Monthly/Quarterly reviews for Repair providers network
-Lead Supplier relationship with repair providers network in escalation in case of disputes
-Support invoice investigation in case of conflicts
-Coordinate contract renewal

Coordinate local P&N teams for aligned supplier management

-Ensure BUs P&N contacts alignment and potential leveraging of volumes

Act as preferred point of contact for Business Development global team and RCSOs

Your scope will cover Assistance Services providers network for Appliance protection, Mobile devices repair and replacement and Digital Risks management, which are strategic supplier markets supporting AWP Global Product delivery to market.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Profile
The candidate will have:

Confirmed experience of the end to end procurement process management :

-Strategic sourcing
-Supplier market analyses
-RFP management
-Negotiations
-Contracting
-Supplier relationship management

Experience in an international environment

Successful experiences of community facilitation

Expertise on assistance business provider’s market category (Roadside, Home, Property, Mobile devices, Digital Risks, Appliance protection, etc.)

MBA, Engineering/Business School with major in Procurement / Supply chain

Minimum two languages - written and spoken: English + main other (e.g. Spanish, German, French…)
