Responsibilities
Key functions of the department:
· Prepare the assets for future challenges by defining and implementing strategies for digitalization and smart buildings integration
· Assess recurring market research and technology updates for smart building components
· Assist in the development of uniformed cybersecurity guidelines
· Manage cybersecurity testing on buildings
· Create a set of tools allowing the integration of the 3D model to the smart building dashboard via a dedicated Data Asset Manager
· collect, structure, and analyse data related to buildings operation and the performance of operators
· assist in the development of digitalized dashboards
Description of the mission
Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will be involved in the group`s strategic approach to Innovation, Digitalization and Sustainability. You will perform this internship in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment and will be working on challenging strategic projects with global reach within the real estate investment and asset management practice linked to:
· Smart building
· Data Science applied to Building Operations and data analytics (to improve main financial KPIs)
· IoT technologies (principles, methods, and protocols
· Cybersecurity applied to buildings
· Networks and telecom
You will also work on other tasks as below:
· Contribute to the management of consultants on project-by-project basis
· Support the development of the group`s strategy on selected operational tasks
· Review and contribute to technical designs proposed
· Interface and support various lines of business for matters related to innovation and digitalization
· Bibliographic research, writing notes, preparing slide decks
· Organize, monitor (budget, deadlines) and support strategic projects with the additional project management tasks of:
- Preparation and minutes of meetings and scheduling
- Interface with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Contribute to internal and external presentations
Profile / Competences
The ideal candidate:
· Engineering school (computer science, telecom, electrical or other) with a strong interest in Innovation and Digitalization
· Already experienced in working in a corporate environment (previous internship or full-time experience)
· Telecom, IoT, cybersecurity, smart building experience or strong interest is highly appreciated
· Excellent command of English as well as French and/or German
· Perfect command of office automation tools (Microsoft suite)
· Strong ability to synthesize, conceptualize and solve problems
· Well organized, flexible with availability to travel
