Key responsibilities: 

The role will focus on building capabilities around Right shoring diagnostic assessment and transition/change management to new target operating model.

You will get to: 

·  Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement/Project Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
·  Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them
·  Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
·  Provide consulting support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management
·  Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the assigned tasks until completion
·  Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects
·  General contribution to Allianz Consulting.

 

Key requirements/Skills/Experience:

 

·  University degree
·  3+ years of Consulting experience
·  Your experience in project and program management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and rollout
·  •Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
·  An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
·  Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team 
·  Your excellent command of English 
·  Your knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
