Within AWP, Direct (B2C) & Digital Solutions is one of the most profitable and fastest growing lines of business, dealing directly with end-customers via mainly web platforms, Call Centers, and apps.

At the international headquarters located in Saint-Ouen (93400, Paris area), within the Direct & Digital Solutions (D&D) Department, your role will be to assist the Business Performance Management & Projects manager in the establishment of an efficient performance management system and regular monitoring of the activities of all of our subsidiaries worldwide.

As Project Manager within Business Performance Management & Projects team (BPM), you will work in close collaboration with the Direct & Digital Solutions Global team, AWP Finance and Controlling teams, AWP IT teams, and AWP Direct BUs to monitor and report on Direct & Digital business performance and KPIs.

You will provide: i) operational support to the Head of BPM around annual planning, monthly and quarterly performance review, and overall program portfolio management activities; ii) you will gain a solid experience in an international and fast‐moving environment.

The position offers an excellent platform to get broad exposure to Group‐level and business units level management.


Coordinate data collection and reporting among AWP D&D network, in coordination with AWP Group Controlling on monthly and quarterly basis

Manage the establishment and production of monitoring dashboards and KPIs to Corporate and Business Unit level

Analyze the performance and the main trends of AWP D&D and communicate the results to all external stakeholders through half year and end of year reports

Support the Business Units when needed as part of the preparation of performance reviews

Track on a monthly basis the global AWP D&D budget and assisting D&D Managers in the underlying reporting process to Head of D&D

Manage and coordinate the AWP D&D budget monitoring reviews (purchase to pay) in coordination with AWP D&D teams, Controlling HQ management, suppliers and Legal Department

Contribute to the production of an AWP D&D Solutions teams’ Global Activity Report on a monthly basis showing the main on-going projects and their status

Contribute to prepare on a yearly basis the AWP D&D Strategic outlook for the following years and the AWP D&D Planning Dialog plan

Assist Head of BPM on adhoc business case analysis for strategic initiatives

Contribute to coordinate the D&D governance

Contribute to foster the AWP D&D community by sharing latest news about global/local projects and overall financial performance, and best practices sharing of the BUs via internal communication channels

Participate in overall program portfolio management activities as support of the AWP D&D team or BUs


Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar positions with a proven program management, controlling and/or management consulting skills with an international exposure

Strong financial, analytical and controlling skills: monthly closing process, KPIs, Financial Planning, Reporting and Forecasting compilation and analysis experience

High autonomy in dealing with complex topics, proven adaptation skills in a fast and moving context, with an important international exposure

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, addressing an international community in BUs and a Corporate community in AWP HQ

Cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational project setup

Must be fluent in written and spoken English – additional languages, especially French and German language skills is beneficial

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (data analysis, top management presentations and communications etc.)

Relevant university degree or equivalent experience (Master’s degree in management controlling is a plus)
