JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Within AWP, Direct (B2C) & Digital Solutions is one of the most profitable and fastest growing lines of business, dealing directly with end-customers via mainly web platforms, Call Centers, and apps.

At the international headquarters located in Saint-Ouen (93400, Paris area), within the Direct & Digital Solutions (D&D) Department, your role will be to assist the Business Performance Management & Projects manager in the establishment of an efficient performance management system and regular monitoring of the activities of all of our subsidiaries worldwide.

As Project Management and Controlling Intern within Business Performance Management & Projects team (BPM), you will work in close collaboration with the Direct & Digital Solutions Global team, AWP Finance and Controlling teams, AWP IT teams, and AWP Direct BUs to monitor and report on Direct & Digital business performance and KPIs.

Your role will be to assist the Business Performance Management & Projects team in the establishment of a performance management system and regular monitoring the activity of all of our subsidiaries worldwide.

The position offers an excellent platform to get broad exposure to Group level and business units level management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide operational support to the AWP D&D - Business Performance Management & Projects team around monthly and quarterly performance review in coordination with the Controlling Group management and the local Business Units.

Manage the establishment and production of monitoring dashboards to Corporate and Business Unit level.

Support the Business Units when needed as part of the preparation of performance reviews.

Analyze collected information and monitoring a series of KPIs.

Provide operational support to the AWP D&D - Business Performance Management & Projects team to present the performance and the main trends of AWP D&D to all external stakeholders through half year and end of year reports.

Participate in overall program portfolio management activities as support of the AWP D&D team or BUs.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

6 months internship

Education: Master’s degree, mainly on management controlling.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Powerpoint.

Autonomy, rigor, real capacity for analysis, adaptation and a sense of initiative.

Fluent English is mandatory.
