Program Manager Operations & IT Enablement

The role

 

The Operations & IT Enablement Program Manager is placed within our Operations Steering and Transformation division and is directly reporting to the Head of Operations & IT Enablement . 
The role is a manager responsible for driving, aligning and optimizing operational processes of Allianz Partners through the integration of IT solutions. This position manages developing, planning and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes and drive collaboration between Operations and IT functions (CTO & Az Tech).
The role requires a good understanding of technology integration, change management and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The Operations & IT Enablement Program Manager drives and initiates innovation, managing performance metrics and ensuring the successful adoption of IT solutions to support the overall business objectives of Allianz Partners.

 

Key Responsibilties

 

 

·  Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for aligning operations and IT functions with overall business objectives of Allianz Partners.
·  Technology Integration: Identify, provide, and integrate IT solutions to improve operational efficiency, automate processes and foster innovation.
·  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration between the Operations department and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and synergy of IT tools.
·  Process Optimization: Manage and design initiatives to streamline and optimize the Operations department through the effective usage of technology and IT enablement.
·  Demand Management: Assess, identify and prioritize Operations IT demands to support strategic agenda and priorities
·  Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Operations and IT enablement to provide regular reports to the leadership team of Allianz Partners.
·  Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into operational and IT performance and in consequence identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.

 

Key Requirements

 

·  University degree in Business Management or  Computer Engineering equivalent experience
·  Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management or IT consulting experience, including on project steering and governance
·  Your experience in project management, IT applications or initiative development and rollout ideally in the finance sector
·  Your mastery in working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
·  Fluent in English
