JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the production of a product catalogue, describing each of the EH products that are sold
- Support the set up and running of the project community, including collection and analysis of data
- Participate to related projects (online services, etc.)
- Support the development of a product and services strategy, e.g. through research
- Develop and promote internal communication tools to improve internal best practices sharing (newsletters, intranet..)
- Support the Group Head of Products & Services in operational tasks (reporting, presentation…)

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Master Degree in Marketing or Economics (Business School or University),
Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack
Strong organisational skills
Creative and open mind-set
Intercultural / international
Proactive, curious
