Working in the Group Operations Performance Mgt. team, you will be responsible for (i) improving the Operations performance management of the ~35 entities in the scope, in coordination with Regional COOs and COOs and local performance management contacts to provide recommendations on how to improve the operational and financial performance, (ii) contributing significantly to the transformation of our Operations, (iii) following up the business case and building up dashboard / KPIs for Global Competence Centers at Global Office level.

You will gain a solid experience in an international and multicultural environment. The position offers an excellent platform to get broad exposure to both Group and Business Units management, thus opening various international career steps.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop business cases and ad hoc analyses combining finance and operational data

Develop tools to better steer our operations from both operational and financial standpoints

Provide expert advice to BUs and GCCs on operational and financial KPIs

Develop analytical KPIs, SLAs and operational tools & reports to better steer the Operations

Publish the dashboards used by our COOs / Regional COOs and shared with AWP Board / CEOs

Become a key contributor to the planning and strategic dialogs of AWP Operations

Support in implementing workforce management initiatives

Liaise with key stakeholders within global offices and within the BUs to solve project related issues

Constantly monitor and report on progress status of the projects to all stakeholders

Be a key driver in the globalization and the regionalization of AWP

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Structured and process-oriented, keeping the business goals in mind

Can-do attitude with a high level of energy

Outcome oriented

Strong team player

Intellectually curious and agile

Comfortable in a changing environment, where reactivity to short-notice requests are expected

Values diversity and works well in a multi-cultural environment

~3-5 year of experience (graduates from Engineering / Business School)

Strong analytical abilities / strong modeling skills in Excel

VBA skills would be highly valued

Consulting experience a plus

Previous experience in international settings a plus

Fluent in English

Willingness to travel abroad for short period on request
