JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to commercial efficiency by supporting the EH World agency Teams on the acquisition and implementation activities related to data entry in IT systems in a timely manner and with a high level of quality.
Ensure quality and timelines on complex and strategic program implementations for strategic clients, in a multi BUs and multiple local policies context, in addition to multiple interrelated IT systems

Complexity to manage:
•
Support the EHWA regional teams in the acquisition and the implementation of new policies and renewals and mid-term amendments in EHWA Pluriform commercial database and IRP/EOLIS (limit pre-checks, status of lost prospects, rejects management, clean-up in the EH Risk database etc.)
•
Ensure continuous communication with internal customers from Regions across EH WA until completion of tasks
•
Handle the assigned tasks with respect of priority given by manager, data quality and timeline
•
Data quality control: ensure the reliability of the commercial database by applying check according to quality standards, and report on findings to the head of Operation Desk
•
Respect guidance given by managers to ensure a proper follow-up of the daily workload
•
Ensure knowledge sharing with the team members in support of the tasks assigned and participate to the training of new team members, as well as with internal customers on a daily basis on the fly

Typical functional skills / Experiences
Knowledge of the credit insurance business
Business oriented to successful deal with commercial urgencies
Good knowledge of EH IT systems (Pluiform, EOLIS, IRP) and comfortable with Excel and Word
Result driven
Good relationship builder and good communication
Proficient in English

Complexity requires
Ability to deal with pressure/priority management across multi Bus requests
Ability to deal with the complexity of programs, which are multi policies and multi Bus with interrelated clauses, complexity applies to both business and IT
Ability to deal with multiple interfaced IT systems
Ability to adapt to changing environments
