JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Group Marketing Analyst Trainee will contribute to all or some of the following projects:
- Customer segmentation (twice per year) :

Excel/CSV files preparation (inputs files for calculation) with regions/business units.

Exchanges with an external consultant who will calculate the segmentation for each EH Client.

Post-implementation checks&corrections in Salesforce (CRM tool).

- Worldwide Marketing KPIs collection and reporting (Excel/Powerpoint): e.g. Marketing Channels Performance (leads>meetings>quotes>deals…)…

- More strategic analyze / new ways to organize KPIs & dashboards : e.g. ‘know your customers' data/dashboards for all countries (number, sectors, turnover…)

- Market intelligence / watch : global strategic reports & day to day watching.

- Collaborates with different departments.

- Communicate regularly across 8 international regions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Master student (business school, engineer school, university)

Intercultural mindset : international and open mindset

Fluent in English

Good level in Excel / Powerpoint.

Knowledge in SAS / R is a plus.

Comfortable with figures.

Rigorous and detail oriented.

Proactive, curious

Team player, good interpersonal skills
