Job Purpose: Support the Marketing Manager in the implementation of all marketing activities, working closely with regional and international teams to implement new customer programs, increase brand awareness, generate new business leads and drive sales. This is a marketing position with exposure to multifaceted areas of our company.
Key Responsibilities/What You Do:
- Manage and update bilingual website content using content management tool (Adobe Experience Manager), ensuring SEO best practices and content accuracy.
- Contribute to creation of newsletters, articles, white papers, and case studies
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce), ensuring accurate data, lead tracking, and alignment between marketing and sales initiatives.
- Champion sales and marketing priorities across functional departments by supporting the execution of annual campaign strategies; track and report on programs’ performance KPIs
- Ad-hoc English-French translation, as well as liaise with external translation vendors.
- Collaborate with Sales Director and Sales team and support in related marketing/sales processes and activities
- Manage social media channels by developing and publishing posts aligned with brand tone and marketing campaigns; monitor engagement and performance metrics.
- Support digital marketing initiatives by assisting with campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking using analytics tools and dashboards.
- Support with internal/external event planning, coordination and execution
- Support other key marketing efforts as assigned by the Marketing Manager
Key Requirements/What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience with Adobe Suite
- Experience using Canva
- Social media savvy
- Must be self-motivated, positive, creative and demonstrate acute attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and French is required for this position, as it involves both oral and written communication with our internal partners, clients across Canada, and other Allianz Trade teams located throughout the Americas region
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
