JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The Market Management intern will support the Head of Strategic Market Management with specific projects and leverage his daily work, as well as his team in charge of Offer & Customer Management.

The position allows to join a dynamic team and a fast-paced environment and work on exciting marketing topics. It offers an excellent platform to get a broad understanding of AWP’s international business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific market management-related analyses (e.g. reasons for winning / loosing tenders and identification of patterns across Lines of Business and competition)

Specific support to selected market management projects (e.g. development of a new product concept, including market study, customer needs analysis and segment definition, value proposition definition, etc.)

Collection of information relative to AWP’s offer portfolio (revenues, profit, market share, etc.)

Identification of customer needs and market trends across all Lines of Business

Gathering of competition insights

Support with presentation and communication material

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualification & Experience

Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics

At least one previous professional experience as an intern in marketing or management/ strategy consulting

Skills

Excellent marketing skills

Interest for the assistance and insurance business

Strategic mindset

Rigorous and able to produce high-quality deliverables

Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering and team player

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written skills required in English and at least one other European language (preferably German or French)

Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
