Job description
JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
In 2013, AMOS formed the Allianz IT Infrastructure Transformation (AIT) program, an umbrella program that pulls together all the projects and initiatives working to transform IT-infrastructure throughout Allianz Group. The AIT program consists of four IT infrastructure projects: Allianz Global Network (AGN), Data Center Consolidation (DCC), Allianz Virtual Client (AVC) and Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM). These projects create the digital infrastructure backbone and are the foundation for transforming Allianz into a digital group. Hence AIT is the largest infrastructure transformation program in the insurance industry worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Autonomous work tasks in a young team with a high degree of responsibility
Challenging and diverse tasks for the project lead of an international project
Supporting the implementation of important project management processes
Evaluation of relevant information concerning the project controlling
Planning and tracking of strategic and urgent partial projects
Redesigning communication concepts
Further responsibilities
Design, preparation, quality assurance and revision of contextual and imputed documents (e.g. presentations, business cases)
Solution-oriented processing of operative challenges for the project lead
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
You are in the last year of your studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma). Preferred study areas: Economics (Business Administration, Business Mathematics, Macroeconomics), IT or Business IT
Advanced computer skills (especially MS Office and Windows 7)
Excellent communication skills in English
First working experiences

Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Starting date: Immediately for 4 to 6 months
Internship: full time (38 h/week)
Working student position: part time (16 or 20 h/week)
Salary internship: 1.400 € (Bachelor students) - 1.500 € (Master students) (also for mandatory internships)
Salary working student position: 1.700 € (Bachelor students) - 1.900 € (Master students) (on a full time base)
