JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Operations department and with the support of the Underwriting team, you will get the unique opportunity to deep dive into management and dynamic pricing models:

1) NETWORK MODELLING: Optimization of our providers network structure, deal shape, pricing and geographic density in the light of Allianz Partners' negotiation power and strategic objectives.

2) PROVIDERS' & CLIENTS' TARIFF OPTIMIZATION: Development of a model to price externalities, increase profit margins and effectively balance roadside assistance supply and demand.

3) SMART DISPATCH: Calibration of our first-come, first-served (FCFS) dispatch algorithm with heuristic optimizations leveraging VRP, TSP or CPP mathematical models. The calibration of the dispatch algorithm will include factors like towing distance, optimization of the provider costs, competitive forces, quality rating, predictive demand, etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Enrolled as a student in an engineering, computer science, statistics or mathematics master's degree or PHD program
Strong academic background in quantitative methods, data analysis and heuristic optimization
Experience in advanced data analysis, modeling and operation research would be an asset
Proficient in the use of MS Excel models
Familiar and worked with databases such as SAS would be a plus
Interest in joining an international team
Strong English verbal and written skills
