Internship (m/f/d) in Finance or Sales / Market Management Teams, based in Vienna

Job Purpose/Role 

 

Allianz Holding eins is responsible for Allianz Central Europe (ACE) focusing on strategic development, steering and operational improvement of the insurance, pension and asset management entities within the region. The region covers 11 countries in total Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Allianz Holding eins is looking for part time/ full time interns for 3-6 months to support the progress of important projects in the Finance or Sales/Market Management teams. You will be part of an international team and your main responsibilities based on team will be:    

 

Finance team: 

· 
Working on daily tasks with the regional CFO supporting him with planning, analysis and projects.  

· 
You would take care of regular reporting in PowerBi and preparation of Strategic and Planning dialogues. 

 

Sales/Market Management team: 

· 
Customer feedback interpretation: analysis of trends, common patterns, key pain points. Working with dNPS (net promoter score) and Voice of customers dashboards 

· 
Performance dashboards (working with monthly OEs reports, identifying trends, problem areas in selected business areas: claims, customer portal) 

 

Scholarship opportunity   

· 
You might have the opportunity during the internship to get a two-year scholarship for your studies granted by Allianz Holding eins 

· 
Scholarship amount is 6.000 EUR per academic year  

· 
2 scholars will be selected based on their performance during the internship  

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:  

· 
University enrollment (Bachelor/Master) preferably in areas of Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent 

· 
Prior working experiences through internships would be a plus 

· 
Fluency in English and strong oral and written communication skills 

· 
Exceptional user skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point 

· 
Strong interpersonal skills, quick learner, strong team player 

· 
Ability to work independently after being provided initial guidance 

· 
Strong personal drive and a mindset oriented to continuous improvement and excellence 

· 
Permit for working in Austria 

 

Offered salary: 2.800 €/month on the full-time basis. The duration of an internship can be prolonged above 6 months in case of mutual interest.
