JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Within the Global Accounts team for Bank & Insurance, your role will be to support financial growth within our client portfolio and support improving our market position.
You will support the Sales / Account Management teams in managing sales processes, drive the implementation of deals, and support financial tracking and reporting. You will report to the Head of Global Accounts for Bank & Insurance. Possible locations are Munich (preferred) as well as London Croydon and Paris.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide on-hands support for the Sales / Account management – Bank & Insurance teams:

Take ownership and support the coordination of internal teams (e.g. underwriting, operations, IT, local Business Units, etc.) to develop creative solutions that meet customer’s expectations

Apply strong project management techniques to ensure transparency, and obtain necessary inputs by independently following-up with stakeholders on regular basis

Support the preparation of Sales pitches, RfP responses, or Account Management meetings by producing or collecting inputs that result in professional PowerPoint documents and aligning these with internal stakeholders

Prepare overall financial reporting and customer-specific profitability reporting on regular basis

Support the Head of Global Accounts – Bank & Insurance:

Tracking of sales processes including their progress as well as capacity planning

Support with regard to ad-hoc requests or preparation of analyses

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

High level of motivation, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure (with limited guidance)

Strong project management expertise, especially in an international context

Very good capabilities in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Strong analytic skills and experience with financial reporting

Strong interpersonal skills, including communication and negotiation, and strong team player

International travel may be required occasionally

Languages: Business fluent level of English necessary; German / French / Spanish / Portuguese advantageous
