Job description

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

AMOS Internal Audit is an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure compliance with the audit policies, minimum standards and guidelines

Perform risk assessment and kickoff prior start

Lead audits

Work in audit teams

Implement final audit report and execute closing meeting

Perform follow up

Further responsibilities

Consult projects and internal/external units in questions of the internal control system

Recommend improvements of quality, workflows, processes, security standards and documentation requirements

Verify the functionality / efficiency of risk management systems

Supports the ICOFR / IFRS process within AMOS

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

University degree or relevant professional experience

Advanced German and English

Willingness to travel worldwide

Skills and competencies

Advanced to expert skills in audit methodology or project management

Risk assessment skills

IT Security, IT Infrastructure, IT Application development knowledge

Ability to setup and audit an internal control system

ICOFR / IFRS knowledge

Further specific knowledge:

Knowledge of AMOS customers, process landscape and standards

Knowledge of evaluation tool IDEA / ACL

Methodologies in analysing fraud activities

Knowledge of audit methodology and approaches for Outsourcing / Co-Sourcing

Desired requirements /skills /experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience

CIA / CISA certification
