JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with further development of a real estate market forecasting tool in Python
Build, develop and maintain dashboards on BI tools to communicate data-driven insights
Design and implement VBA macros to improve and automate internal processes
Support team with various portfolio reviews, fund reports and data quality monitoring
Prepare management presentations

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Studies in statistics, business analytics, econometrics, mathematics or similar quantitative background
Programming skills with practical experience in one or more of VBA, SQL, Python (preferred) or other object-oriented language
Experience with analysing and visualizing large data sets using (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire etc.)
Proficient in MS Office applications (high proficiency in MS-Excel)
Motivated to learn key concepts of real estate
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Collaborative team player
Fluent in English, German is a plus
