JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The candidate will work in the Group Real Estate and Facilities function, direct report to the Group Board Member in charge of Operations.
Group Real Estate function has been created in 2011 with the main target to define standards and clear processes related to the building management. The function is in charge and owner of the Real Estate process (validation of any building status change and related activities – Business Case analysis, short listed analysis, fit-out, space occupation definition) mandatory for the Regions and local OEs for all the building related activities.
Other tasks are:
- Bi-annual inventory of all the premises occupation and related costs information;
- 3-5 years perspective strategical analysis of the expiring contracts;
- Benchmarking of the costs and occupancy KPIs;
- New processes definition for Group General Services.
In addition Group RE function is in charge of the Environmental Responsibility for the Group as for legal obligations and as unique interface with Allianz SE (data gathering for publication in the Annual reference Document, KPIs analysis, tracking of the environmental performances and CO2 target reduction implementation).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate tasks:

Support for day-to-day activities: data gathering, process definition support, preparation of presentations to executives, KPIs analysis and benchmarking

Implementation of unique data collection and analysis system (SAP module) for all the different data collections (RE, General Services, costs related, Environmental performances …)

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Building Management/Architecture

Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Good level of English written and oral
