JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Located in the holding and under the responsibility from the COO, Group Policy Administration department defines, monitors and contributes to improve contract management and customer accounting activities and blueprint. In daily contact with the regions and other functions, GPA is at the heart of operations and systems.

Reporting directly to Heads of Group PA, working in close relationship with the process managers and with the PA stakeholders in the regions:

- organize the existing documention spread in different folders and tools to make them easily accessible
- Reshape all documentation into one unique template in Powerpoint
- Organize the communication for all the regions and train Head of PA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Draft a clear Inventory of all existing documentation on PA operating model
- Reshape documents into one unique template (ideally powerpoint)
- Build a solution to reshape and simplify the access to the rules and guidelines
- Communicate and train on the tools the new guidelines structures to all PA regions

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Results Orientation: execution and consequence management
- Flexible, self-starters
- MS Office with Excellent level in Powerpoint
- Good communication skills (especially in English oral & written)
- Organized, open-minded, good interpersonal skills
- Business objects
- Language skills : English, French would be a nice to have skill
- Proven experience: the candidate should have already built powerpoint presentations

Start Date : As soon as possible
Duration : 6 months internship (with "Convention de stage")
Remuneration : According to level of studies
