KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to the AWP Health & Life CEO in all areas of responsibility as required
Proactively support the development and implementation of strategic change initiatives
Support development of business cases including research, analysis (qualitative, quantitative and cost benefit analyses) and documentation
Drive delivery of strategic projects, as project manager or project team member - develop and manage detailed project/task plans, timelines, resource requirements, test and training plans as necessary
Proactively drive communications and collaboration across functions, departments and locations
Draft and prepare relevant communications documents, including, e.g. presentations, internal communications, decision proposals
Proactively pre-screen and review relevant documents and presentations received, summarizing issues and providing feedback
Support organization and administration of events and meetings, including preparation of agendas and recording, distribution and follow up of action
Foster strong working relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Required Experience
Demonstrable experience in successfully managing and delivering projects – ideally PRINCE2, OPEX or Six Sigma Black Belt certified
Ideally experience of International Health insurance
Significant professional experience in a in a fast paced, multinational
Demonstrable experience in interacting with Board / Senior Management
Profile sought and key requirements
Degree qualified and ideally Masters level qualification in Business or related subject
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in French and English
Valid EU work permit
