JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
EH World Agency is a dedicated team of experts within the Euler Hermes Group

Reporting directly to the Head of EHWA Account Management, the MMCD Central Process manager and Controller will support Central and regional MMCD teams in delivering high quality service from prospect stage to program renewal, with special attention to sales and ACMA processes. The individual will need to develop strong relationships with EHWA Central (Commercial Underwriting, Distribution, Policy Administration, Controlling, Accounting, MMCD Office) and regional teams
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- MMCD process owner: own, maintain and evolve the ‘end to end’ MMCD processes according to client needs; apply continuous improvement disciplines and methodology, identifying and addressing up front those areas needing attention to minimise current or future KPI deviation
- Operational Performance: identify, measure and report performance against target and identify corrective actions
- Business Operations: available and supportive to Business Users to assist in the operation of MMCD tools and processes
- Procedures: maintain EHWA MMCD procedures and store on EHWA intranet Tool Box
- Communication & Reporting: ensure that stakeholders are sufficiently informed of current and anticipated status

• ‘Knowledge manager’: through continuous knowledge sharing related to core systems and processes, achieves high level of knowledge and competence amongst business users
- defines training strategy for operational tools and processes; builds and maintains a EHWA MMCD
process newcomer kit
- ensures a thorough knowledge and deep understanding of the technicalities (business and tools) across the full worldwide community, provides on-the-spot and ad-hoc trainings when needed
- maintains and updates the EHWA Business Toolbox (on MMCD scope) and uses Chatter, Lync and phone for dynamic communication to ensure that teams are kept aware of existing processes, tools available and changes made
• Super user: expert user, co-ordinating closely with EHWA Business Support on internal and client facing tools (Praxis PF; PF; EOLIS; Smartview; CCR)
- recognised by the business as clear process owner
- point of contact of the Business Support Demand Manager, attending projects workshops
- validates business requirements, RFCs and specifications, and organises (or executes) UAT
- facilitates and represents RFC prioritisation by the business; provides transparency to the EHWA community on expected enhancements / changes in the pipeline and expected IT deliveries
- lead and co-ordinate Distribution Super Users

- supports the HoACMA in steering the activity
- liaises with MMCD Office and develop / provide reporting dashboards
- supports the MMCD Heads on their KPIs by providing data and dashboards pre-analysed / identified issues where to focus
- supports Program Implementation processes by providing the inputs to regional and transversal reporting
- develops external (client and broker) reporting and dashboards on operational performance
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
You have a proven experience with minimum 2 years in an international organization that faced major transformations. International experience in the insurance industry is a plus. You enjoy working in a very fast moving and demanding environment, keeping both strong team and corporate spirit.
Known to have a very strong customer focus, you are determined to bring value to the organization by empowering your colleagues, within or beyond the boundaries of your department, through sharing your knowledge using collaborative & knowledge management tools.
Fully autonomous and with hands-on mentality, you are agile and can design end-to-end short or long term solutions (processes or organization) within a set of constraints (budget, resources, capacity, facilities).
Your ability to communicate at all levels of the organization in a multicultural environment are clearly an asset for this job, will enable you to facilitate the change.
