JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Within AWP, Direct & Digital is one of the most profitable and fastest growing lines of business, dealing directly with end-customers via mainly web platforms, Call Centers, and mobile services.

At the international headquarters located in Saint-Ouen (93400, Paris area), within the Direct & Digital Solutions (D&D) Department, you will participate to the implementation of eCommerce digital solutions to support the international and local contracts of our subsidiaries. You ensure the successful implementation of projects and initiatives in your digital portfolio, and will be the functional interface between all of our business partners (internal or external) and our development center IT eCommerce. You will coordinate and participate to the development phases, insuring that all those projects are delivered on time.

As a Digital Business Analyst - eCommerce, you will work in close collaboration at global level with the AWP D&D team, AWP Organizational Management, AWP Market Management, AWP Technology teams, and AWP Business Units.

The position offers an excellent platform to get broad exposure to Group-level and business units level management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Coordinate the implementation of eCommerce projects for our B2B2C business

Be the main interface between our eCommerce partners, AGA group for our B2B2C solutions, and for the Asia/Pacific & Europe areas, to collect from our subsidiaries (marketing departments & sales departments), the proposed optimizations for digital sales, and be yourself source of proposals to achieve our targets

Collect and write requirements all new functional needs to support our B2B2C business (eCommerce marketing optimization, mobile on line distribution...)

Liaise with all users and the IT factory to formalize the requirements and changes required

Act as the Product Owner for your project: engage and animate making sure to run them in an agile way those projects

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

University degree

2 years minimum of experience in the implementation of digital application (Insurance or web/ecommerce)

Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions

Analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions

Collaborative team player

Proactive & ability to work autonomously

Organised, committed and enthusiastic

Fluent in English

Ability to work in a fast paced and international environment

Occasional travel in Europe
