JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Within AWP Group COO, Organizational Management (OM) is the department in charge of driving IT demand across the AWP lines of business, acting as the primary interface between business departments and AMOS B2B2C, the division of AMOS (Allianz Managed Operating Services) dedicated to provide IT standard services to AWP.

Driving IT demand, OM is responsible for prioritization of IT investments and for fostering standardization and harmonization of processes and products across the Group, through the implementation of the target platforms identified by AWP and AMOS B2B2C.

OM consists of a central department based in Paris and Munich mainly focused on target platforms implementation and global IT projects portfolio management and several local / regional unit driving local demand according to global IT demand governance.

You will be reporting to the ABS Delivery Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Business Process Manager Finance – Team Lead, you are responsible for:

Business analysis and design expertise, based upon domain knowledge within ABS

Understand business change needs in relation to ABS and assessing the impact of those changes

Implementing strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing data requirements

Prioritize requirements (defined at local / regional level, with an impact on target platforms) to create process maps, models and prototypes

Perform cost / benefit analysis for all change initiatives driven at Group level

Undertake business process modeling, requirements traceability and quality management

Apply AWP best practice for effective communication and problem solving (at all levels of the organization)

Elicit and organize requirements in a way which is meaningful and easily understood by OE and AMOS

Translate and simplify technical specifications (as required)

Communicate effectively between OE stakeholders and AMOS in respect of the delivery of requirements

Support the technical and business delivery of the required changes

Implement changes as necessary under the direction of the ABS Delivery Manager and ABS Country Manager

Manage a Domain team

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business needs gathering and documenting

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in information system management

People Management experience

Advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills

Strong analytical abilities

Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering

Previous experience in international settings and/or cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational project setup

Ability to understand and work within a complex multi-national organization in fluent written and verbal English

Possibility & willingness to travel abroad for short period on request

Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions

Collaborative team player

Values diversity and works well in a multi-cultural environment
