JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
Within AWP Group COO, Organizational Management (OM) is the department in charge of driving IT demand across the AWP lines of business, acting as the primary interface between business departments and AMOS B2B2C, the division of AMOS (Allianz Managed Operating Services) dedicated to provide IT standard services to AWP.
Driving IT demand, OM is responsible for prioritization of IT investments and for fostering standardization and harmonization of processes and products across the Group, through the implementation of the target platforms identified by AWP and AMOS B2B2C.
OM consists of a central department based in Paris and Munich mainly focused on target platforms implementation and global IT projects portfolio management and several local / regional unit driving local demand according to global IT demand governance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Business Process Analyst, you are responsible for:
Gather and harmonize business needs
Design target organizations, processes and supporting systems
Follow up developments, test them and support the BUs during their UAT
Support migration, interfaces and change management teams
Constantly monitor and report on progress to your management and all stakeholders
Support the AWP Finance and HR areas in understanding, design and implementing their target solutions according Business needs: GRP (SAP FI CO), Success Factor based on SAP platform
Support the BUs in their organizational changes required
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business needs gathering and documenting in a finance or HR domain and / or information system management (SAP FI CO)
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a finance department – preferably in the insurance / assistance industry
Degree in Finance or Economics
Solid finance process knowledge
Advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical abilities
Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering
Previous experience in international settings and/or cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational project setup
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions
Collaborative team player
Possibility & willingness to travel abroad for short period on request
