KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Euler Hermes is looking for a business Analyst in its Galileo team. Galileo is EH common policy administration platform;
Main responsibilities ;
Reports directly to Galileo Core Solution Manager regarding analysis and implementation of business requirement in Galileo (Maintenance RFCs, BUs implementation, Products implementation):
Business Expectation Document / Solution Documents writing:
Business requirement Analysis with Group/Local Functions and Galileo Local project including Galileo template definition
Solution definition with IT teams
Specification Document writing for IT teams
Functional support to IT teams for bug fixing/RFC implementation
Functional support to local business:
Test plan review for RFC testing phase
Defect Analysis
Galileo User Guide update
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Experience & competencies required :
Must have :
2 to 5 years of experience in international program implementation
IT knowledge (SQL, Java architecture)
Experience in coordination with external software provider
Preferred :
Credit Insurance and EH TOM Business processes knowledge
EH IT systems landscape knowledge
Skills required :
Rigorous
Interpersonal and Leadership skills
Communication skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Proactive
