JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties Include but not limited to:
- Process incoming financial and other requests from customers/producers/Broker Dealers
- Receive and make phones calls to internal and external customers
- Create/revise and submit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work with other areas of the company to ensure the processing of customer requests is handled in an accurate, timely manner.
- Complete daily control reports; take actions as needed, and document completion
- Provide project support as needed
- Complete other tasks as needed
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma; two year degree preferred
- Series 6 required within 90 days of hire.

- Knowledge and understanding of business processes, controls, regulations, procedures and system functions
- Strong phone skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the BPO process highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Problem Solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong issue resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a group.
- Flexibility to work hours as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to share innovative ideas
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively communicate with management
- Ability to complete workload under strict service level agreements along with meeting specified deadlines
