As an Associate Manager - Human Resources Services , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing HR services outsourcing activities for both local clients and global strategic HR services teams. Reporting directly to the Business Services Team Manager and the Head of Service Delivery, you will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, particularly in the Allianz Services Verticalization project. 

 

The incumbent will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset, along with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·  Act as a local service manager for HR Services outsourcing activities , for HR Services Clients and for Global strategic HR Services team
·  Works closely with the Head of HR Services Global Service line and global stakeholders for tasks related to Allianz Services Verticalization project
·  Collaborate with Global Services Owners in setting up and delivering outsourcing HR related activities under the Allianz Services Verticalization projects
·  Identify new opportunities to grow HR Services related activities and grow existing business
·  Work closely with local stakeholders for setting up new service offerings. ( Contracts, Risk Management, IT demand etc)
·  Lead a local team of talented person under the Global HR Services activities
·  Follow up and action on assigned tasks: observing interviews & recruitment process, onboarding, creating a network for the new joiners in and outside the team/branch, knowledge tests – facilitator, guides the team members with their objectives and development plan in SF, provides feedback for evaluation)
·  Supervises and develops people in accordance with the Allianz People Attributes, leadership values and relevant guidelines
·  Enables the team to function effectively, follows clear priorities in alignment with the strategy and ensures that these are met
·  Secures working conditions within which the employees are enabled to fulfil their tasks best and with high motivation
·  Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety standards and regulations by law
·  Prioritizes, delegates and controls tasks, balances workloads and steers capacity in the team
·  Communicates actively management decisions and guide employees through change initiatives
·  Contract: Draft Order Agreement between Allianz Services Mauritius and respective clients during MS Dynamics tools
·  Provide accurate monthly billing information related to HR services to local finance team & update on any changes
·  Coordinates team during regular 1:1 and take necessary, innovative and smooth decisions to meet customer expectations
·  Be actively involved in continuous improvement processes and apply within the team.
·  Act as escalation point for global and local stakeholders
·  Responsible with the HR and administrative practices (e.g. Vacation administration, travel administration, etc.)
·  Manage Team attendance, leaves, vacations
·  Manage Graphic Design services for local requirement and for global clients

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

·  Past experience in related fields or work
·  Previous experience in managing a diverse team from; operational perspectives is a plus
·  Strategic Skills – Global Thinker, Analytical thinking, calm person and Problem solver
·  Ability to utilize experience to implement best practices in channel management
·  People and Customer oriented
·  Proactive Mindset
·  Digital and process improvement driven
·  Excellent communication skills and networking skills are essential
·  Fluent in English, must be able to hold presentations and lead meetings in English
·  Ability to work independently
·  Possessing analytical thinking and methodological and conceptual techniques
·  Advanced PC knowledge (including MS Office packages)
·  Available for overseas Travel when requested by Management or Global Clients
