Poste et missions:
The Community Manager develop, manage and animate the Spacewalkers Network Community.
He/she drives the Community dynamism by pushing the relevant content as blogs, data and keeping the right level of exchanges into the forum.
He/she supervises the links between members with respect to the forum rules, terms and conditions.
He/she determines, with the central marketing, the needed actions to growth the community and make it visible on the Web by using the different social media channels.
He/she regularly defines and follow-up the relevant KPIs to measure the Community ramp-up, adoption and success
To handle this mission, the Community Manager will interact with many organization within the company as:
? Network Business Division (PLM, R&D) for their expertise on Network technology and support to the Forum and Blog
? Network Business Engine (NSA, BLM, Market Devs) for their expertise on Network solutions and contribution to content creation and push to the field
? Marketing organizations for defining the needed actions to promote the Community and defining the Social Media strategy
? Regional & Central Sales organizations for getting Business Partners and Customers adoption to the Community
The Community Management role is something really important into any company as it is bridging the brand with users by being both the voice from the brand to the field and keeping a strong listening from users to understand and supports their needs.
From the newly created Spacewalkers forum, he ensures trusted relations are created between members (internal and externals) to generate fruitful content to increase the community awareness on ALE Network solutions.
The Community Manager mission contains as well a strong editorial content creation area as it has to generate and deliver regular and useful digital content that can be easily found and leveraged by the members.
The Quality that are needed for this Community Management role are:
? Teamwork: You’re a member of a Business Engine Team with numerous relations with different organizations stakeholders
? Passionate by technology: You will manage a technical Community on Network solutions, thus intellectual curiosity is important
? Writing skills: to help internal content creation or generate any digital content for the community
? Social Media addict: Strong taste for new social medias usage
? Communication: ability to communicate on the community adoption with use of relevant metrics
? Personal: Autonomy, Listening, Connecting with others, Promoting the Community
You will be covering the following tasks as Community manager
? Responsible of the Spacewalkers Community as administrator of the site (www.spacewalkers.com) and checking the right use by members
? Checking the interactions on the FORUM area and ensuring that all posts are treated correctly and with best reactivity
? Providing regular content on the BLOG area to provide maximum interest for members and keep them interested
? Regular reporting of the Community KPIs to check its ramp-up and growth
? Internal advocate of the Community adoption and usage
? External advocate of the Community knowledge, adoption and usage
? Animation of the members by any marketing actions to increase its usage, the traffic and the users
? Interactions with the company that develops the Community tool for any evolutions needs to increase the Community success
Profil:
? Excellent communications, presentations and interpersonal skills.
? Local language skill more than welcome
? Skills on: WordPress, SEO welcome
? Interest on technology (IP, Ethernet, LAN/WLAN)
