Responsibilities
· Book group travel
· Create expense reports
· Order office supplies
· Coordinate special events (workshops, off-sites, Summits, etc) Order food, Reserve and set up meeting rooms, Support development of event agenda, communicate updates, changes and follow-up on participants responses, Send out and follow-up on any requested information from participants, Help create and maintain even folder, Help plot documents, Help facilitate and take notes, Help create summary presentations, Coordinate hotel, dinners, transport, etc for participants.
· Help set up/book group training, symposiums, etc
· Maintain EMG address book (scan business cards, maintain contacts information up-to-date, create email distribution groups, etc)
· Maintain EMG calendar and email
· Help maintain/update EMG SharePoint
· Book travel
· Create expense report
· Maintain Calendar
· Support Staff Meeting (update agenda, meeting notes, follow-up on AIs)
· Set up meetings and book conference rooms
· Create reports as needed
· Help update/clean up presentations
· Help update/create spreadsheets
· Create and follow-up on PR/POs
· Create and follow-up on PVRs
· Help with vendor setup process and follow-up
· Document procedures and Work Instructions
· Enter GRs
· Budget tracking and reporting
· Help update/clean up presentations
· Analyze data and help update/create spreadsheets
· Help update team boards
· Help follow-up on Action Items

Must Haves
· Good English verbal, written and communication skills required
· Excel medium-high level required (pivot tables, filters, conditional formatting, complex formulas, simple macros, able to understand and manage complex spreadsheets, etc.)
· Power Point medium level required (able to create and structure presentations for manager level and above, insert objects, add graphs, etc.)
· Word medium level required (able to create and manage tables, insert charts, modify documents, create templates, etc.)
· SharePoint medium level required (able to create and maintain objects. Manage links and snapshots, etc.)
· Outlook medium level required (able to create and maintain rules, manage multiple mailboxes and calendars, create tasks, etc)
· OneNote medium level required (able to create and maintain multiple notebooks. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings, link meetings, organize and group tabs, etc)
· Understanding of Visual Management
· Experience with organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Experience facilitating meetings and workshops
Nice to have
Knowledge of MS Visio or mind map software
MS Project medium level (create Gantt chart, add tasks, edit tasks, print, etc.)
