Job Description:
Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par les Ministères français de l’Europe et des Affaires Etrangères, du Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances et du Ministère de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.
Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.
Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :
● Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut débuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvième anniversaire)
● Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.
● Être impérativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

Un poste sous contrat VIE 2026 - BELGIUM (Brussels) - Environment Policy analyst - (H/F) est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus SAS à Bruxelles. Vous rejoindrez le département des affaires publiques.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.
Missions et responsabilités :
Vous serez responsable des activités principales suivantes :

Analyse réglementaire
·
Préparation de documents de synthèse
·
Participation à des réunions avec des spécialistes internes et à des réunions externes avec des associations ou des autorités.
Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.
Compétences requises
Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :
·
Titulaire d'un diplôme d'études supérieures en affaires européennes et/ou affaires publiques, lobbying, sciences politiques, relations internationales, économie.
·
Expérience d'au moins un an dans le domaine des affaires européennes de préférence, expérience dans les institutions européennes un atout.
·
Intérêt pour l'aéronautique, les transports européens et les questions d'environnement et de développement durable, un atout.
·
Autonomie
·
Capacité à analyser et synthétiser des questions réglementaires environnementales complexes
·
Capacité à travailler au sein d'une équipe multinationale
·
Solides compétences interpersonnelles
·
Aptitude à rédiger en anglais de manière claire et précise
·
Compétences linguistiques : Niveau élevé d'anglais parlé et écrit, un niveau élevé dans une autre langue européenne est un atout appréciable.

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
● European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)
● Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
● Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

A VIE for a VIE 2026 - BELGIUM (Brussels) - Environment Policy analyst - (H/F) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Brussels. You will join the public affairs department.
For France:
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

regulatory analysis
·
monitoring
·
position paper preparation
·
participation in meetings with internal specialists and in external meetings with associations or authorities.
This role will involve (some/frequent/extensive) travel for business (once, twice, etc. a week/month) in (Country/Europe/worldwide) and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Required skills
You have the following skills and experience:
·
Post-graduate in European affairs and/or public affairs, lobbying, political science, international relations, economics
·
Minimum 1 year experience in European affairs preferred, experience in European institutions an asset
·
Demonstrated interest in aeronautics, European transport and environment and sustainability issues an asset
·
Autonomy
·
Ability to analyse and synthesise complex environmental regulatory issues
·
Ability to work in a multinational team
·
Strong interpersonal skills
·
Language Skills: High standard of spoken and written English, high standard in another European language is a welcome asset
